Pet Supermarket

I bought a box of dog biscuits here. When I opened the box at home, several bugs flew out. The bag was covered in bug dung or bug pieces and so I immediately took the box outside, recorded the bugs, and then put the box (with the bugs and the biscuits) in the garbage. I couldn’t get to the store for a few days and when I did, the employee said they needed the item to give me a refund. I again explained the problem and explained that I did not want those bugs in my house - not even my garage. I asked for an exception to their corporate policy and the manager just kept repeating the corporate line. I showed her the video. The people within the store were helpful what is able to show me where what I needed was now the grooming for the different story they were nice but I paid for a tooth cleaning and she didn't even do a very good job at all

Everything was super clean and easy to navigate! The staff was really friendly and even gave my fur baby some extra attention along with a treat at the register.
