Stop selling parrots, it’s incredibly cruel. If you want a bird then adopt one! There’s thousands that need homes. Saw 5 budgies in a small cage on the floor in the back by bathroom with only 2 perches. It was so incredibly sad!

Worst customer service of any pet store in Nashville. It's gotten so bad that I finally decided to shop elsewhere, even though they're the closest pet store to my home. They DO NOT honor their "low price guarantee", and have always been inconsistent in implementing this policy. Sometimes they honor it, but most times they won't, with their reason being that they don't match sale prices from major competitors, namely PetSmart and Chewy.com. What's the point of having such a policy if they don't follow it? Their competition matches anyone's low prices, sale price or not, so driving a few more miles to get a real low price guarantee is worth it. And to make it even worse, this last time the manager was one of the rudest retail people I've ever encountered. I wish I would have gotten her name,

Great store for all our Bichon's needs. Friendly staff although they can be a bit understaffed at times.

The staff here is very polite and always willing to help. The store is well-stocked and has everything from fish supplies, small bird and reptile supplies and anything you may need for a cat or dog. The only thing that frustrates me is their lack of care for their Bettas; every time I have gone there they are sick or near death. All the other animals seem to be well taken care of. Edit March 2023: I stopped by today and by some miracle the Bettas weren't in tiny cups today! They were still in too small tanks and had no heater, but not having them in cups is such a huge step towards educating their customers that Bettas need large aquariums (at least 10 gallons when they go to a permanent home). Emily L. is an awesome employee! Every time I go in, she helps me with a variety of things. She’s especially knowledgeable in fish, dogs and cats. Definitely look forward to seeing her whenever I go in.
