John was very helpful and super nice. Felt like speaking with an old friend. He's the best. Honestly he shouldn't just be running the store, he should own it! In all seriousness he went above and beyond, helped me get all I need at a reasonable price and still helpful even at closing. John Is the real MVP!

They associate John was very helpful and delighted to answer ALL my QUESTIONS even the ones that were some what repetitive without hesitation. And even said, "don't worry about it " when I apologize for doing such. His energy was a welcoming treat. I will definitely be returning to see him and buy more for my new grandpup 😊

I have had many positive experiences at Pet Supermarket. The staff are always friendly and eager to help! We realized 5 minutes before closing that we didn’t have any dog food. John went above and beyond this evening! He answered are calls, questions, and even brought the bag out to our car after we paid. Pet Supermarket continues to set the standard for excellent customer service!
