DONT BUY THE FEEDER GHOST SHRIMP!!! i went in and bought 10 ghost shrimp for my 36 gallon tank to get rid of some biofilm that was on the driftwood. turns out that 7 out of the 10 were whisker shrimp. whisker shrimp are murderous little things that will kill your tetras, other shrimp, and about anything that swims. i had to rehome the whiskers after they killed some of my stock. i talked to a lady there and they couldn’t give me a refund because they were feeders, which is to be expected. she was super nice about it though i’ve had mostly good experiences here, having bought my goldfish at this location and the employees are fantastic and really nice. overall just be warned about the “ghost shrimp” and don’t make the same mistake as i did 🫠

I never leave reviews but Kylee was extremely helpful & really just made my last trip to the store so much easier & better. She helped me with the return I initially came in for & then went above & beyond helping me with the purchase I made after. She also came off as very knowledgeable while offering me some advice in between. Which is way more than I’ve gotten at most other chain pet stores in the area & considerably more than I’ve ever gotten at the non chain, supposedly “better” pet store on the other side of town. So she definitely deserves some recognition & to be acknowledged for that.

This place is really hit or miss. I order online and pick up frequently. They have a physical print out of your order and the instructions only states to bring ID. I’ve only ever been asked for my ID, I’ve never needed both. The lady at the register (Tiffaney is what the receipt says) was insanely difficult for no reason. Insisted that I walk to my car in the rain to pull up my email with my order confirmation because my “ID could be stolen.” You can’t look at my physical ID with my picture then look at my face and see it’s the same person? It doesn’t make any sense, she was grasping for a reason to be difficult for a $100 dog food order. I’m not sure if race was an element or if she’s just lacks critical thinking skills. Either way, I wouldn’t have had an issue if she wasn’t rude about it

Don’t buy fish from this store! Not only they will die once you get them home, but they will also make your own fish sick as well … notice how many dead fish are stuck into the filter or at the bottom of the tank. NOT a good sign. Response to the owner: I actually came in the store, and your staff, as well as the manager were EXTREMELY rude. So no, I will not be email you, and waist any more time. You have lost a customer for life.

They offer same day delivery and don't advertise the fact that they contract it out through doordash where your order will never get picked up on the SAME DAY. I needed what I ordered same day and don't have a reliable means of transportation. I wouldn't recommend this store or chain to anyone, I would rather place the order out to PetSmart. I don't recommend anyone this store as they don't really seem to care for their customers. *update, it's been over a week since cancelling my order and still haven't received refund even after reaching out to the recommended customer service email below. This company is blatantly stealing money. Will probably be pursuing further legal action.
