Pet Supermarket

Went in to get live insects for my baby beardie tonight because unfortunately our live order insect was delayed due to winter weather. Well I noticed they only had large crickets but mixed with them were several smaller ones. I politely asked the pet store work if she minded picking me out some smaller crickets to hold me over a couple days for my order to get here and she was like “well I mean how many do you mean because that would take some time.” She continued to explain why she couldn’t until I just decided to leave. What else are your workers supposed to be doing other than helping the customers. Was not impressed with this experience

We bought our ferrets at this place and we continue to buy all of our supplies here. We love the staff as they are super knowledgeable and kind! They always have everything we need to keep our fur babies healthy. 10/10 recommend for all your pet needs.

Like ew the micro aggression from their employees is disgustingly funny! We do not care how you feel about someone because of their skin color. Seek GOD these are different times and if you think you are superior then you are inferior. Do better! I should get a refund just for the snide comment both employees made!

Prices for higher than what I expected the store is very clean and organized the great customer service

Nice, clean store! Not much for choices of bird cages. I would like it if they had a sample of each open and set up on a shelf so I could get an accurate picture of one. Because of that, I bought my cage for parakeets elsewhere. Amazon definitely has the best prices on new birdcages. But I needed one that day. People were friendly and helpful. They did have a good deal of 20% off the cage and buy a bird toy, get the other one for 50% off. Their parakeets looked healthy and clean and their rabbits were gorgeous!
