I had a very poor experience, dealing with a new female manager. When I adopted a cat, she made up her own rules. I had adopted another cat from there about two years ago and it is my favorite cat in the whole world and the person was so delighted gave me food and gave me a beautiful crate and it was a delightful experience.However, two weeks ago I adopted another kitten and it was the most horrible experience and I’m scared to go back there, Do to her rudeness.. I had to go back today to buy products and I went to the kittens cage, and she ran around the counter and almost accosted me for saying hello to the kitten. This lady is aggressive.Yes, I was there right now. You’re a while I was there today. No, I have to tell him all about today. No, I didn’t talk about today’s experience. Haven

Took our new puppy to pick out her own toy and she picked the Grinch! They currently Have buy one get one holiday pet toys... so got 4! Lol

Went with my family to put have the kids a hamster .Not having any pet “Experience “ He helped us from beginning to end answered all questions and explain EVERYTHING with great detail for us! Couldn’t ask for anything more ! Thank you To this store Manager wish I didn’t loose the receipt for his name ! Thanks again
