The sale for Christmas animals is amazing. Going back to get all the sale friends.

I’ve shopped here only a handful of times the last year and every time I tend to notice certain “regular” customers come to this location just to give the workers a hard time, which they DO give excellent customer service and are knowledgeable of not only the products they sell but the animals too. It is short staffed, but that’s on corporate, not them. You notice it when you walk in immediately. If those certain people don’t want to be patient and wait their turn until they can receive the upmost attention from each individual and instead want to repeatedly have such a problem with the short staffing and “bad” customer service, which is not true, they could try going to a different location finally; instead of harassing the staff at this one. Made a complaint against a rude and combative female sales clerk and what ensued shortly thereafter (it wasn’t good by any means) AAND then after nearly two months of MY constantly following up and complaining about the lack of care and response from corporate, WE get accused of sexual harassment. MInd you, we are a gay couple! They have added “insult to injury” BEWARE!

Big variety of products and we find all we need. The crew is really nice and helpful. It was great pleasure to shop there

Keeping ball pythons on Aspen is terrible for their humidity requirements. They have a juvenile with stuck shed and eye caps being kept on Aspen and when questioned about it one of the staff members was pretty rude about it. Correcting the enclosure would prevent any future issues but they don't seem to care.
