They will not take back dog food if it doesn’t work for your pet. Said they wouldn’t refund my money. Dog ate one scoop out of the bag. Manager had an attitude and when I mentioned that Petsmart and Mill Creek take back dog food if more than half the bag remains, she agreed to give me a store credit. However, when the cashier tried to do the store credit, it only would let her refund me because I used PayPal. So I luckily got my money back. Manager needs a lesson in customer service. I would never have bought the food here if I knew they wouldn’t return it. Anyone with a new puppy knows how frustrating it is to find a food that doesn’t upset their stomach. If the manager had been pleasant, I would’ve come back.

I've been shopping here for a few years, store is always clean, stocked, Jaclyn is always friendly, helpful in every way not just to me but my frenchie babies as well, and she always remembers you and your family!

i bought a lot of aquarium fish in this store and some fish products probably i have spent close to $600 but when i return one of the dead fishes this manager (caucasian) is nasty and rude askin for the water of my tank really if i would have known i will bring u the whole tank u rude you will never get a dollar from me and my friends

We bought two guinea pigs from here. The two young ladies who assisted us were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was informed about their membership program that offers certain discounts. We also brought our dog here for a wash and it was easy access and clean.

I recently visited this pet supermarket for the first time to pick up an online order, which unfortunately had not been fulfilled. While I understand that such issues can occur, the way the two employees I interacted with handled the situation was very disappointing. Both women displayed unprofessional behavior, including eye rolls and a condescending attitude. One even assumed I was at the wrong store, which felt dismissive and rude. I also noticed the same impatience and shortness toward other customers during my visit. This was my first experience with this store, and it left a very negative impression. Regardless of occasional order fulfillment problems, customers should always be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, I did not feel valued as a customer and will not be ret
