Pet Supermarket

I had such a wonderful experience at Pet Supermarket thanks to the incredible shift manager, Grace. I came in with my 19-month-old daughter just to browse, and Grace went completely out of her way to make the visit so special for her. She kindly took the time to carefully bring out a rabbit and even a gecko so my daughter could see them up close. Grace was unbelievably patient, attentive, and so gracious the entire time - answering questions, making sure my daughter felt comfortable, get to experience animals and truly turning a simple store visit into such a memorable moment. Not for nothing, most workers that see a 19-month-old simply ignore them. It was so overwhelmingly enjoyable to see the attention and care that Grace put in. It actually made MY day too. The store is ok however as many times as I’ve come there, the litter box in the cats-for-adoption cages is NEVER clean. Doesn’t matter even if there’s an actual cat at that time. It can be empty but the litter boxes would be extremely disgusting. So weird to me — it takes 1 minute to scoop it up. Updating to attach pictures after yet another time I stopped by, there was NO cat but TONS of stuff in the litterbox.

Love this place! Sales associate Kennedi exemplifies the staff’s love for animals. The team is always willing to help answer any questions.

Makala was the best. Bought some fish and plants. The aquarium layout is some of the best that I’ve seen, lots of lush plants, very beautiful! Was given some great information about plants and fish keeping from Makala. Also, she taped the edges of the bag, the attention to detail is unmatched at this location! 10/10

Always super friendly staff that of course remember me because im here so much. I love the self serve dog wash. I bring my Shepard here all the time. I just wish prices didn't go up. But I like that they have everything you need available there, from towels, air dryer, shampoo, conditioner.
