They have big tubs to accommodate dogs of any size, have their own shampoo and conditioner that doesn't irritate my dogs sensitive skin, and let me take the time it takes to care for my dog. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have grooming tools for every step of your dogs bath!

I took Quincy here 3 days after I adopted him. They had everything I needed. It was a great first time experience for both Quincy and myself. The wash area was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stopped by to pick up some donuts and noticed the “Natural Food for Dogs” sign next door—so of course, I had to check it out. I was greeted at the door and kindly offered some samples for my dog. I don’t usually feed kibble, but I’ve heard good things about Zignature, so I’m happy to give it a try. The store had a great selection of raw dog food—not just a variety of brands, but also different protein options, which is important to me since my dog has allergies and I’m very selective about what she eats. A lovely staff member gave me a full tour of the store and even offered a few thoughtful recommendations. As a bonus, they gave me a coupon for a free dog wash, which I used right away. Can’t say my dog was thrilled, but I definitely appreciated it!

I have patronized this business for years and years, especially when I lived in the neighborhood... These days it is a little more difficult I have since moved to Aurora, and wish they would open a location off of Mississippi and Havana - particularly for their dog wash. We have NO self service dog wash in the area, crazy considering how busy it is! It is good to have in between dog grooming appointments for many of us, and I know they would have a gold mind of a business if they ever open in that area!!!
