My dogs have been groomed here for 20 Years. It is hassle and stress free. I work early and am not home when they pick up my dogs. I trust them to come into my house and get the dogs and pick them up. They are amazing! They do a great job and extremely fair prices if not lower than most other places and they are dog experts! I have a dog with aggressive tendencies and he hates people other than his family. They’ve handled him like a pro. He now loves them and can’t wait to go with him. That is a miracle in itself.

Laura and her team treat our dogs like family every single time. Amazing care and service. If you need a great pet groomer in Springfield, this is the place!

Our complaint is to the legal secretary for the blatant disregard for animal safety. This corporation has been investigated multiple times and has documented instances of transporting unvaccinated dogs to its grooming facility. These facts are now part of the public record. As suspected from former post about this facility Sworn testimony in Court, a representative of this corporation stated under oath that they do not require vaccination records from grooming customers. Me and Wife are new to the area and we needed to find a Pet Grooming place to take our dogs here in Springfield, Mo. Pet Shuttle & Spa was the closest to our residence. I made an appointment on the phone with Laura the owner of the facility. We dropped our dogs off around 8:45AM in the morning, we have a Cocker Spaniel and a Husky. When dropping off the dogs I was upfront and told the staff that my Husky does not like his nails trimmed and will need to muzzled so there wouldn't be a surprise to them about that. The place closes at 3PM and at 2 will still hadn't got a call yet for our dogs to be done. So we went up there and Laura came storming in the door.
