I brought my cats here once and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the place was very clean. My cats came back looking soft, clean, and smelling great. My daughter’s black short-haired cat and my gray long-haired cat are not very people-friendly, but Justine was patient and very kind and seemed to give them some ease which says a lot! It gave me peace of mind knowing they were comfortable and well cared for. I’m looking forward to bringing them back again soon (3/13) since they’re due for another visit. Highly recommend! 🩶🐈‍⬛🩶

Love this place! People complain about the price, but it's totally worth it to me! Great self wash setup or you can let them take care of it. I'm more hands on. Nail clippings or dremeling isn't cheap, but if you don't Iike the price learn how to do it yourself. I prefer not to cut the vein that runs down there. They have always been patient with my dogs, and one of my dogs refuses to cooperate.

My shih tzu, Hazel, counts on Alex at Pet Servant to maintain her model good looks. She was pretty fearful of the groomer before and has been doing much better now that we’ve been going to Pet Servant. We highly recommend this location.

We have used this facility more than once to give our giant golden retriever a bath. Everyone is always very nice and accommodating. That being said, I wanted to write a review about their grooming service. At first contact, Morgan was very helpful in getting a quote for our beloved dog. Again, he is a giant golden retriever and if you know golden's, they are very furry! We brought him down for a quote per Morgan's recommendation and were satisfied with the price and decided to move forward. We made an appointment and brought him back a few days later. This is when we met Emily, the groomer. She asked my fiance the specifics we wanted done in the grooming and had him done in three hours. In other grooming situations, it could take up to five hours for the entire process. When I came back t
