Pet Retreat

Our dogs had a great time! One of my dogs is sensitive and the staff helped him come out of his shell to socialize with the other dogs. I was surprised how informative the staff was about their stay. They knew exactly who my dogs were and how they did. That attention is really appreciated.

We've been going to Pet Retreat for years and it's always been a great experience. We use the multi day passes for daycare the pricing is very good. No other dog daycare is more flexible and understanding as Pet Retreat.

Our Lottie girl was treated like a princess! Very clean facility-excellent staff! 100/10 will be returning when you come back to The Dells!

We brought our dog, for a two night stay. When we picked her up, we were charged $85 for a bath and nail trims! This price didn’t include any grooming, just a bath and nail trim for our 75lb dog?!? When I told them that this seemed way overpriced, they offered to give me a $20 refund, which I appreciate, but $65 still seems very high, I pay $28 for a bath and $15 for a nail trim at our CA dog boarding facility. This will teach me to verify the price before I request a service! On a good note, our dog was very happy and healthy when we picked them up. I could tell they were given lots of love and attention during their stay. I would certainly bring them here again and just skip the bath!

First time overnight boarding while we were enjoying the dells. All I have to say is WOW AND AWESOME! Bruce and Eric and staff were so great, accommodated us and made us feel like family from the moment we walked in. My dog was also bathed and so happy when we picked him up. Definitely will bring our dog there every time when we go to the dells. Thank you guys...Romeo so happy and so are we!
