Pet Resort at Border Animal Hospital

Previously we have had great service but high $$$$. Twice now when we return for follow up visits, we are waiting over 1 1/2 hours. 30 minutes in the lobby, 1 hour in the room. While in the waiting room other patience with appointments after us were taken first. When weighing in all techs are just standing there. When in the room a tech comes in and personable. Says the vet would be right it. We waited and waited, he popped in again to say he’d be right in again. An hour goes by, open the door to see the status of how long. The red headed vet, says can I help you as he’s entering another room.He was abrupt, and defensive. I stated we’re just waiting, his response I’m the only vet here. Defensive. This is the 2nd time this vet has been rude and left us feeling like we won’t come bac

I was very nervous leaving my little fur children anywhere but my wife and I gave it chance and boarded them there for 5 days. We got a report card of their behavior which was awesome. And they got a Spa Treatment (well worth it for sure) I have to say it was nice seeing them all dolled up and happy. I will definitely be returning if we go out on a trip again. They will also get the spa treatment as well.

Terri does a excellent job grooming my fur babies, and, everyone that works there are very kind and helpful. They take really great care of my fur babies

The people take very good care of the pets. They treat my pet like it is their own. It sure puts my mind at ease while I am out of town.
