This used to be a wonderful store. The last couple of times I have been in have been horrible. The customer service has been sub par. Today a woman with an aggressive dog was in the store, I put the back of my had down for the dog to smell (intending to introduce myself) and the dog tried to bite me! I was shocked. The woman (who is apparently a frequent customer here) said, “well, he doesn’t know you!” I said, “ok, then why do you bring him into a public store with people and animals who don’t know him?” Instead of answering my question she said, “I wouldn’t want you touching me either if I did not know you!” As I went to the back to shop, this woman and the cashier then carried on a conversation about me. Experience was fine. Always is fine. Just an FYI though, we recently purchased flea and tick wash for our kitten. The kitten ended up having seizures and needed to be put down that night. The vets first question was if we bathed the kitten in a flea and tick wash. Apparently these types of washes are toxic to kittens, and should not be used. They vet questions why they are even still on shelves in stores. Not saying this is why the cat started having seizures, but he was pretty frail when brought home and the wash may have been the final thing to put him over the edge. Just wanted you to know as a company. Pilchuck veterinary hospital In Snohomish Washington was the source of the information.

It's so nice and reassuring to always find what I'm looking for at PetPros for my fur-babies. Evan, the manager, at the Mill Creek store is a wealth of knowledge. His guidance has been invaluable.

Love the great healthy products for my 2 cats and the excellent knowledgeable customer service! Sorry the Bothell store closed as that’s where I live. Today went to the Mill Creek Store and I was pleasantly surprised to find the manager of the Bothell store is now managing this store!
