HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!! I dropped off my beautiful cavopoo yesterday who is full of hair and full looks like a teddy bear!! I told him trim very very little trim, i came back HE WAS BALD!!!!!!! BALDDDD. We go there 10 minutes late, horrible service rude people. my heart is completely broken that my dogs beautiful hair is GONE!!!!!! Also, my dog was very fragile after not acting like him self came with blue balls!!! The vet said it seems like he was ABUSED !!! POLICE REPORT ALREADY HAPPENING SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!!

DON'T GO HERE!! He's a terrible groomer & is aggressive with dogs. Doesn't have patience. Is a nasty nasty man. Leaves bald patches. Very unprofessional & caused my furbaby ptsd. Worst experience.

I called to get my dog’s nails trimmed and was honest about him being a little reactive. At first, they told me to come in — but the second I explained the situation more, the attitude completely changed. Instead of offering solutions or professionalism, the person on the phone cut me off and actually said “I don’t want to deal with it.” That’s not how you talk to someone asking for help — especially in a pet care business where patience and compassion should be the bare minimum. I wasn’t demanding, just trying to make sure my dog gets proper care. If you’re not equipped or willing to handle dogs that require a little more understanding, that’s fine — but at least say it respectfully instead of brushing people off. I’d never trust my pet with someone who responds like that.

Worst groomer I’ve ever been to, had an appointment for 10 for there at 10:30 argued with me over not taking my dog, I told him to cut his hair a little short. The guy seemed annoyed with me, I come back to find my dog fully shaved, mean while his fur took 6-8 months to get to where it was. Horrible person, horrible place, and he demanded I pay for the grooming in full. Stay away.

I was in front of a red light, in front of the grooming place. I look to my right, and I see the groomer grab the dog by the head, lift his head forcefully, the dog was struggling while the groomer was grooming him. I will DEFINITELY NOT take my dog to get groomed here. What kind of grooming is this?!?! The grooming experience for your pet should be a wonderful experience, not one that the dog feels fearful, and you as an owner want to know that your pet is not being abused or manhandled.
