I’ve been taking my dog to Pet Perfection at 4409 N Main St #5016, Dayton, OH 45405, for a little over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we've received. Michelle, the groomer, is an absolute gem! Her patience with my son is unmatched, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she grooms. My dog, a one-year-old Maltipoo, always looks adorable after his grooming sessions, and he comes home smelling fantastic, often with a cute little scarf as a bonus! The prices at Pet Perfection are incredibly reasonable compared to other grooming establishments I’ve tried in the past. For a simple wash, it’s around $25, and for a full grooming service—including a wash, cut, and nail trim—it’s about $40. These prices are refreshing and make regular grooming more accessible. Th

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I was on the phone with my cousin while she was speaking to this groomer about an overnight fee that was unfairly charged. The groomer accused my cousin of being late to pick up her dog but never provided any proof. When I calmly spoke up to try to understand the situation, the groomer rudely told me to "mind my business." That's not how you treat people-especially paying customers who are simply asking for clarity. Charging an overnight fee without showing any evidence the customer was actually late, is not only bad business, it's dishonest. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet or expects to be treated with basic respect. I wish I could leave ZERO stars This groomer is extremely unfriendly, combatative, rude, unreasonable, and unprofessional. She kept my dog overnight. Lying that I arrived after she closed at 3pm. She refused to show me the camera footage showing that I arrived past 3p. She has a nasty attitude and does lazy work with grooming. The ceiling has leaks and missing parts and overall not up to par! I'd look elsewhere before stopping here. YOU are a LIAR and you still haven't provided any proof that I was late because you CAN'T you clearly needed the extra $ that otherwise you'd provide the proof that doesn’t exist. You left well before 3 period point blank. You're rude unprofessional ‼️By the way I'm not coming back because you're a liar and greedy.

Chancellor always has a great cut from here. Michelle is the best and so appreciated. I brought him to her even when it was Hallwood Kennels way back in the day. Thanks Michelle.
