My dogs were treated well. Very clean facility. You can add on progress reports and cameras. I probably checked that thing 200+ times. It was nice seeing them play with the other small dogs. The staff is kind.

i’m not someone that usually writes bad reviews but i feel like it’s important for new guest to hear about my experience that want to know the honest truth. I went today to get my dog groomed because i thought this was a nice and fancy place. Although i was sadly wrong. They called me after i dropped her off and shortly after i got a call that my dog was infested with fleas(she’s all over the house all day long, we would have known if she was infested). we go to pick her up and they tell us that they could only cut her hair(SHE WAS THERE FOR 4 HOURS). I paid for a full complete groom consisting of a bath, full cut, nail trims, and ear cleanings. when they brought her out she was shaved horribly. her legs were not cut her tail was not cut ether. and what they stated was fleas was dirt(the p

Pet Paradise saved the day for me when my dog sitter backed out at the last minute. So with that being said this was my dog's first time boarding here. I commend them for allowing my dog to stay even with him being a difficult stay. So that part is much appreciated. Now, after picking my dog up and over time of him being back home I noticed scared or what appears to even be a wart near my pet's privates (front and back). I am now questioning the cleanliness of the boarding room that he may have been staying in. I'm working on medical attention now to confirm. However, a couple weeks later the lesions seem to be worsening rather than getting better. Honestly, this was one of my biggest concerns with boarding my dog and the risk of him contracting some kind of illness or infestation. Again

I have taken my cockapoo to Pet Paradise Snellville for grooming on several occasions because I was soo pleased. Then I needed to board him for a couple of days so I tried it out. I couldn't be more pleased. The staff was phenomenal and always answered any questions I had with knowledge and superb customer service. I have found my fur baby's home away from home!
