Pet Paradise Ormond Beach

Really enjoyed this place. We signed up to put our dogs while we travel at Pet Paradise. Everyone was friendly and you could tell they all love animals.

Staff is very friendly. My Sissy has a great time during her boarding stays. Love the update report cards with pictures, it makes missing her a bit easier knowing she is well taken care of & having fun with her fur-freinds.

LOVED Pet Paradise in Ormond. Dropping of my baby was easy, they welcomed Ricky with so much affection they were truly happy that he was there. Ricky had so much fun while he was there that on his next visit he tried to go behind the counter to say hi and start the fun. They took great care of him and he was so happy. The pictures and report cards were a great way to keep up with his stay and the pictures were great. He was groomed during his stay and he came home looking like a movie star. The groomer did an excellent job.Yes, I HIGHLY recommend choosing Pet Paradise in Ormond. I knew my baby was in good hands and I was worry free in my vacation.

⸻ We absolutely love Pet Paradise! I board both my dog, Cosmo, and my daughter’s dog, Enzo, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care they receive every time. Enzo is FULL of energy and enthusiasm let’s just say he would happily drag me (and probably knock me over!) if given the chance. The staff is always so gracious and kind, helping me safely get him to and from the car without hesitation. That extra level of attentiveness means more to me than they probably realize. It gives me such peace of mind knowing Cosmo and Enzo are not only well cared for, but genuinely loved while they’re there. The team is professional, patient, and truly goes above and beyond. I am editing my previous review. My husky was bitten by another dog, his paw was wounded and bleeding when I picked him up after boarding and when I asked them what happened they said they haven’t seen anything! Despite my consistent phone calls during 3 days boarding, they never informed me of his injury. I took him to ER and that cost me additional $700 but they didn’t even apologize for their recklessness. They have plenty of rooms and too many customers because this town has only two dog daycare!
