Pet Paradise Jacksonville Airport

This was the first time we boarded my daughter’s cat. We were so worried, until we saw her interaction on the cam. Who knew she was cuddly and played well with other cats?!?!! We learned something new about Delea! Of course, Noodles loves play time! He always comes home like he worked a job. 😂

I entrusted my dog to Pet Paradise Jacksonville, and he came home with heat stroke so severe it caused permanent kidney failure. He was a healthy, happy 2 year old puppy when I dropped him off. When we picked him up from emergency care, he was in critical condition and nearly died. My veterinarian has confirmed that because of what happened at Pet Paradise, my dog’s kidneys are now permanently damaged. He requires ongoing fluid injections, prescription diet, and repeated bloodwork just to stabilize him. This is a lifelong condition that will cost thousands of dollars and forever impact his quality of life. What makes this worse is Pet Paradise’s response: they offered me nothing more than a “free day of daycare” as if that could make up for a permanent organ injury caused by their neglig

Bailey always enjoys going to Pet Paradise, and this was his first time at the Jacksonville location for day camp. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about the pets. The facility looked clean and even smelled clean, which is always a big plus. I felt completely comfortable leaving Bailey there for the day and will definitely be bringing him back!

I want to give a huge thank you to the entire staff for not only taking care of my sweet boy but treating him with love and kindness. My dog Ace is a 3year old Rottweiler and let’s just say he is a handful. The staff made him feel so comfortable and I have never seen my dog take to people the way he has taken to the staff. From the vet to the team, he loves going here. My dog has completed 2 days of daycare and 4 days of boarding. He did amazing! He is a rough boy but they were not afraid of him at all and they helped him in more ways than we could imagine. To the Staff of PET PARADISE on AIRPORT ROAD, my dog and I thank each and every one of you for your time and love from Ace’s mommy and our family. We can’t wait to see you all soon!!!

I couldn’t go to sleep without recognizing Tammy and Eileen at Pet Paradise in Jacksonville.
