I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pet Paradise! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease leaving my dog, Chanel, in their care. It’s never easy trusting someone else with your fur baby, but the team here truly goes above and beyond. Chanel was so well taken care of during her stay. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable — which says everything about the love and attention she received. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in such capable hands. I especially want to highlight Kevin. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. This was my dog 2nd time at this location and she visited the Coconut Creek location before. All of the locations are nice and my dog has a wonderful time playing with the other furry friends. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who looking for a nice wonderful place to allow your dog to have an overnight stay. Pet Paradise staff is friendly & and they love and take good care of all the dogs. Also you receive a report card on how your dog did while being in their care.

We boarded our dog Joi at Pet Paradise for 10 days and couldn’t be more pleased with the care she received. From check-in to pickup, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about pets. Joi came home happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the extra attention given to her daily activities. Highly recommend Pet Paradise for anyone looking for a safe, caring, and fun boarding experience for their fur baby! 🐾

When I picked up my dog upon returning from my trip, I noticed he quite visibly had some sort of eye conjunctivitis. There were secretions coming from his eye, and he was scratching at his eyes with his paw due to irritation. I immediately had to take my dog to the vet. The manager, Andrea, began arguing with me when I confronted her about the eye infection. I simply requested a written notice that my dog appeared to have some sort of eye infection. It also appears that after my stay, I am no longer able to access my account. Please do not let your animals stay here. It is very clear that behind the scenes, a it is not a hygienic place to stay. Who knows what other kind of treatment is going on.
