Pet Paradise

I took my puppy Milo to Pet Paradise for a wash and a half cut, and this was easily the worst grooming experience I’ve ever had. I made it VERY clear that I did not want his body cut. The groomer, MG, told me one of his legs was matted near the base and she’d have to trim his body slightly to match. What she didn’t say was that she planned to shave my dog completely bald. When I picked him up, I was shocked. She cut EVERYTHING off his body which was exactly what I said I didn’t want. Now my dog is literally shivering in 30-degree weather because he has no coat left. Who thinks shaving a dog down to the skin in winter is okay? I brought up my concerns immediately, but the employees didn’t seem to care about me or my dog. I placed my dog in Pet Paradise care twice. The first time the staff was so welcoming and it appeared to be a nice experience. The second time, which was a week later my dog experience was negative. He appeared to be sad and stressed when I picked him up. His food bowls were not cleaned well. Mold was on the lids. I feed him fresh homemade food, so the food needed to be refrigerated. One of his food containers was not returned and I believe he probably did not eat and the food spoiled. His ears were very inflamed because they did not administer the medicine I gave them during check in. My granddog also stayed during the same time and was traumatized. Both dogs had a bad experience and I believe they were not fed in the morning on their last day. My granddog had a whole bag of food left

I love Pet Paradise! My dog was extremely scared of people but since coming daily for daycare he has really come out of his shell! He especially loves Dallas and Nyasia and it is evident that they love him! Amy is also always ready for him when I drop him off! Now he can’t wait to get dropped off every day. Pet Paradise has become an essential part of my daily routine and I feel so blessed to know that my dog is being loved on and cared for while I’m at work. And bonus… he’s exhausted when we get home!

Nice facility. During a hair cut my dog nipped at them so they said if it happens again he can't come there anymore. Totally understandable. When we play with him we allow him to get to aggressive maybe so I'm sure I will have to find somewhere else because I notice je does nip of you go near his buttocks. A few nicks from his cut but they did a good job and staff are very nice.

We had to board our dog during the Thanksgiving weekend and Oakley had a great time. We figured we’d use the grooming option while she’s there since we haven’t had time to take her to one in a while and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend groomer Naveah!
