Bartram Team, you are AWESOME! My Sailor boarded for over a week, and I can confidently say he had an absolute blast! Being able to check in on him through the cameras gave me so much peace of mind. The times I could spy on him, I would see him playing and having the best time with his friends. He was especially excited to reunite with his favorite playtimer Olivia 🥹 And to end his vacation, he enjoyed a much needed spa day with his groomer, Danielle. Danielle truly holds a special place in his heart, as she’s been grooming him since he was a puppy, and it really shows in the care she gives him. We had a mixed experience here. At first, I really loved it. The access to the cameras and the report cards were very cute and gave me peace of mind seeing my dog throughout the day. However, things took a turn during one of his daycare stays. My dog threw up in the middle of the day. I actually called just seconds before they called me because I saw something concerning on the camera. They told me he threw up what looked like blood and beef, which is obviously very scary for any pet parent. I immediately asked if he could be separated and said I would gladly pay for the switch in services. I also asked them to call me if anything changed and told them I would come pick him up. Less than 10 minutes later, I received another call saying he wasn’t acting like himself and they didn’t feel c

Great staff, you can tell they really care about all dogs not just yours. But they also pay attention to just individual dogs. ROCKY lives going there

My dog Cooper has been going to Pet Paradise -Bartram for 2 years and loves going! He always looks and smells amazing when he is finished grooming and he is always happy after his visit. The staff follows my hair cut instructions for Cooper every time.
