Pet Pantry Warehouse

I have been shopping at Pet Pantry for years. I discovered them on Railroad Avenue in Greenwich and bought many dog coats from them, loved the brand Animal Wrappers. I now shop at their location in Eastchester, right next-door to my vet, Scarsdale Animal Hospital - Dr. Starr. The location is convenient and they are always accommodating getting and holding Gracie’s food for me. The staff know Gracie by name and always give in to her begging and demands for more cookies behind the counter. They never disappoint.

My go-to pet store! Pet Pantry Warehouse is my absolute go-to place for all my pet needs. I completely trust the quality of their products, they always carry the best brands and have exactly what I need. The Scarsdale location is especially wonderful thanks to John, the manager. He goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and special. It’s clear he truly cares about both the pets and their people. Highly recommend!

I have been shopping in Pet Pantry since approximately 1996. I used to shop in the Larchmont store when Kendra was still there and then when I moved. I started shopping in the Scarsdale store. Regardless, all of them are equally as good. Jon, Mark & Christine are amazing. I started shopping in the Scarsdale store when they opened there. I’ve always been very happy with the service I get. We do a lot of custom ordering so it’s nice to know that I can pick up the phone and order something and I know it will be in without any problems. If there is in fact, a delay, I will always get a phone call. Being I feed a raw diet to 3 dogs, having a large selection as of the upmost importance. Pet Pantry warehouse has never let me down in all the years that I’ve been shopping there.

This pet store is absolutely fantastic and truly deserves 5 stars. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the well being of animals, not just making a sale. Every time I visit, I feel welcomed and confident that I'm getting honest recommendations that are best for my pet.

Amazing knowledgeable & friendly staff. All products are of the highest quality for my dogs. This is the only place I will purchase from over the past several years.
