I usually come here but today was not the day. I wasn’t greeted by the employee who saw me walk in, passed by her, and when she decided to speak it was only to upsell a featured product. Passive aggressive behavior all because I didn’t buy the treats she recommended. It’s ok though, won’t be there for awhile. Management should teach employees like Olivia to be patient and friendly to customers.

Stopped here to shop for our dogs while we were here visiting friends. Staff was super helpful, made us feel like we were locals. Five star experience.
