Cary Ann rules - I used to get all my food from Chewy/Amazon/Costco and have a pup that has some health issues. Cary Ann genuinely is interested, passionate, and warm -- she helped me select and sample the right foods (freeze dried raw + wet) for my sick pup and was committed to helping me find the right food. She's a gem!!!

Pet Pantry has most items I need for my pups. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I just visited this location for the first time in order to become familiar with pet stores in my area because we’re in the process of adopting. I have to say I felt extremely unwelcome upon entering the premises. The salesperson’s responses to my questions were one word answers and she almost seemed visibly uncomfortable with me in the store. She literally attempted to strike up a conversation with another customer while I was talking to her. I definitely will not be going back here again. There are many other pet stores in the neighborhood and they need to keep that in mind when interacting with potential new customers. Just because I don’t look like the typical person that walks into your store everyday doesn’t mean I don’t have the money to spend. Their loss 🤷‍♀️

Could not be happier. They have a self serve dog bath station in the back! It is perfect for my Great Dane who is now too large to bathe at home. I get a clean dog, and she gets to pick a treat at the end. Wonderful and friendly staff, very clean environment - love it.
