If I could give this vet office a perfect score of 100 stars, I would! They truly deserve every bit of love and business they receive. When my Macavity had an emergency, they were incredibly quick to help me. Despite my emotional state and inability to speak, they remained patient and understanding. The front-desk staff is composed of the nicest girls you’ll ever meet. They have a remarkable ability to calm you down when you feel overwhelmed. Dr. Katz, you’re an exceptional veterinarian! It’s as if you’re talking to a family member. You genuinely comprehended my concerns and handled everything with exceptional care and affection. You even managed to schedule an appointment for a referral the very next day. Thank you for taking such excellent care of my beloved pet. I’ll always be grateful

Dr. Katz and the vet tech were super compassionate, friendly and kind. They took their time to show me (first time cat owner) how to clip my kitties nails and educated me on some health concerns to keep track of like a bit of tartar on my cats gums. They worked with me to come up with a new feeding plan for my cat to help him gain a bit of weight too. Even though my other cat wasn’t there (has an appointment the following month) Dr. Katz took the time to ask about him and even took a look at their ER records. Loved that the practice was cat only, made things that much easier.

Dr. Katz and her staff helped our cat Bing who stopped eating for 3-4 days. He is terrified of anyone except his family and we are typically unable to successfully take him to any vet due to behavior. Dr. Katz and her team gave him so much grace. From the moment we walked in the environment was quiet and peaceful, the front staff was incredible, they handled Bing appropriately for his behavior and ensured his stress was minimized. Dr. Katz takes the time to explain the plan, answered all questions, and truly cares. It was a little touch and go for a few days but with their guidance Bing is back to eating more and more each day and on the mend. Thank you Dr.Katz and her wonderful team for all your help. [We live barely a 1.5 miles from a different veterinary facility. Even that very short drive stressed out our cat, and once there, she would be stressed further and scared by the barking of dogs. Unlike the others, AristoKatz staff were very helpful on the phone, happy to answer all my questions and she put all our cat Cassie's data in the system, with an appointment, before our call ended. Before Cassie's appointment we stopped by and picked up a mild sedative (under $9.00!) to administer before the much longer, 35 minute drive to Fairfield.
