Pet Pantry & Dog Wash

Loved the single stall for my dog since he is a big guy who likes to bark at others. All the supplies I needed were provided. The price so great for all the amenities.

Great shop! Quick and easy to get a new ID for my dog. Im obsessssssed with the wash. Its very well designed (I have a 105 lb dog) and we'll worth the cost. They have the best treats too! Only thing I wish is they would sell some raw bar items with the fur intact. Other than that, I can get everything my boy needs from here

Great self service dog washing station and selection of food, treats and anything you need for your pet! I love how the washing stations are separate and not one big area. Definitely recommend for your pet needs.

Big fan of the Pet Pantry and staff. Everyone is always pleasant and kind and the rewards program is the best around. (Rewards on specific items only, they can tell you which ones apply.) The rewards program definitely helps financially and it keeps me coming back. The store is clean, and organized. Thank you to the Pet Pantry for keeping the raw foods stocked and fresh. 🙂

Like so many businesses in Colorado Springs, this place has really gone downhill. It used to be fantastic—friendly staff, great service, and a convenient, affordable way to take care of my dog. Now? It’s just another run-of-the-mill pet store. Honestly, you might as well go to PetSmart. The loyalty program is a joke—I’ve been stuck on “six of 12” bags of food for two years, and the free bag never materializes. The staff, who once were helpful and enthusiastic, now seem like they’d rather be anywhere else. The dog wash, which used to be a huge plus, now feels like a list of restrictions and unspoken rules.
