They always do so good on my boy, Parker. He gets so excited to go and always comes out looking so handsome. I definitely recommend them to everyone because they genuinely love your pups! My dog loves Libby, the owner!

Pet Palace does a great job grooming our 2 dogs. And they love it here! Ms. Libby & staff always treat them well & love on them.

I paid for nails trimmed and bathing. They obviously, they didn't brush her they bathed her. They didn't blow her completely dry and brush her afterwards. Now I have to groom her to reduce her shedding. That's what I paid for.

Very friendly greeting with a smile When you walk in with Pet.They just do a very good grooming for my dogs. I have been going for years been very happy with everything they have done sometimes I can drop by and just get my dog nails clipped with out an appointment, Seems to always work me in when I need it. When my dad took our little chihuahua Arlo to get a good wash. He comes home smelling like perfume and non-stop itching his back right above his tail. Turned out he was getting mange when we have never had a problem with that until we took him here. It’s been ab a month since and he is still itching. We put coconut oil on him a few times a week to help with the itching, but it only does so much. This should’ve never happened.
