Was able to get Isabelle in promptly for a visit. Compassionate, organized, and worked quickly to get through the caseload ahead of them. Isabelle appreciated the bedside manner and really liked her cool bandaids with designs on them.

Really really like Dr Rucker. She’s kind, thorough, and is an excellent vet. I feel like my pets are in good hands. (She was extremely compassionate with our aging pup and helped us with his end of life care.) Her office is run fairly well, but you definitely don’t get in and out quickly with or without an appointment. If you’re walking in, be prepared to wait 3+ hours and will pay a no-appointment fee. Appointments can be weeks out. However, I still think it’s worth it, shes fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic staff and vet. They, to a person, are efficient, cost conscious, compassionate, and above all, dedicated to taking care of your pet as well as you, the pet's parent. Absolutely love them all for what they have done for Alfie (my dog) and myself. Simply the best!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rucker and her team. I took all of my dogs to them for care, and they were compassionate and caring. Dr. Rucker is involved in her community and making sure those who need help with their pets get it. She also helps local shelters with medical needs. Although I've moved away, I will continue to make the trip to have her take care of Broaggan and Ryver.
