I took my two fur babies to Pet Orphans to get spayed after reading the reviews. I received one of my cat’s invoices and reviewed it carefully. I always check what I’m being charged for. I expected the second invoice to come in shortly, and after adding up the totals, I paid. My first mistake was trusting the process instead of reviewing both invoices before paying. At pickup, the technician came to speak with me and my husband. He said the cats were fine, the procedure went well, and the only issue was that they had run out of the FVRCP vaccine, but that I supposedly had not been charged for it. I was certain I had been charged and showed him the invoice. He then went to the receptionist to discuss it. I showed her the same invoice, and the doctor looked embarrassed, insisting that he was

The staff was very unhelpful with assisting in my dog’s post-op after being neutered. We’ve had a hard time keeping him calm, as he is a large dog and a puppy and he developed a strange cough 2 days after being neutered. They were very difficult to get ahold of and by the time I was able to finally get a response after calling and emailing for days, they told me there was nothing they could do. I cannot recommend anyone go here as their dog will be left to fend for themself instead of following up with the vet who originally saw them. Terrible.

We took our 5 month old frenchie/English mix to get chipped and spayed. Overall was a great experience, it was easy to schedule, the clinic had outstanding communication and efficient given the volume of furry patients. I felt the staff was very nice and welcoming to our little girl, the incision looked great, and healed nicely. I really appreciated the follow up from the staff checking in on her. Overall a great value for great care! Would highly recommend!
