Their space is actually clean. Smells clean unlike others I been to. My cat was happy and seemed fine being there. Their cages are big and have alot of choices. Staff is nice. Only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because their drop off and pick up hours are not great and you pay an extra day for only a couple of hours but overall its better than putting your cat a dirty facility or one that doesn't care for them.

10 out of 10 experience, everyone is so nice and genuinely loves cats and you know that your pet will be in great hands. Loved how my cat looked and as the owner of a skittish cat, seeing that they handles her so well and lovingly has me going back Everytime.

Purrperfect cat spa and hotel I absolutely love this place! Not only is it a spa and grooming center for cats, but it also doubles as a cat hotel. My favorite service is when they give my cat a lion cut—it looks adorable! The staff is friendly and professional, and they take great care of the cats. Highly recommend!

My cats stayed here twice and they were so happy and loved by the staff here. It's such a fun room for them that I didn't feel too guilty anymore for leaving them. Everyone working here is friendly and seems to truly love cats.

Devan made our Selina's first grooming experience truly special. Nothing but love for this place. 5 stars is not even fair. I'm recommending this place to all cat parents.
