⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am extremely happy with this veterinary clinic. I bring my two dogs — a Golden Retriever and a Maltese — and they are always treated with so much care and attention. The doctors are excellent, very knowledgeable and compassionate. The assistants and the front desk staff are also wonderful: friendly, organized, and always willing to help. I truly trust this clinic with my pets’ health and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care. Thank you ❤️🌹

I cannot recommend this vet enough. Dr. Annie Latraverse and her staff have been beyond incredible. They have gotten me in same day (same hour) on three separate occasions and have gone above and beyond for my dog each and every time. They make him so comfortable when he is there, when normally he's anxious at the vet. The amazing staff has called and texted me multiple times to follow up and see how my dog is doing and relay messages to the doctor for me. Dr Annie has even called me after hours to check on him. We have been to many vets (I have a Frenchie lol) and this is by far the best experience we have had. 20/10

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Pet Medical Center in Boca. I have been around to many veterinarians, but no one takes the time like them . Like all pet parents our dog is family and we want the best care for him. Dr Roof, Lou-and the front desk took time with me and helped my sweet Bentley to feel good today. They were very thorough and I really felt like they cared about me and my pet. I highly recommend. Ps They have wellness plan but whatever works for the individual is good for them as well. This is now my place.

The doctors and staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly care about both pets and their owners. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure my pet is comfortable. I always feel confident bringing my pets here and highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care in Boca! Although we drive all the way from Davie lol they are so worth it.

Horrible customer service by the front desk worker who I was speaking with on the phone about my pet plan that I have had for almost 3 years. My plan, which is one of the highest they have, was recently cancelled by accident due to a card issue on file. They cancelled my plan, I lost all of my reward points, and they were not able to do anything about that other than restart my plan with a new yearly contract agreement. Despite losing several months/years worth of reward points, I decided to restart my plan, to which the lady on the phone said "so what is it that you guys are doing because I feel like in a month you're going to say you want to cancel?". First of all, I never wanted to cancel my plan. The payment method on file was compromised, so for a couple of months I wasn't being cha
