Pet Hotel Hadley

The Hadley pet hotel is awesome. Sassy is a Datsun Chihuahua mix has anxiety and has been going there for many years and loves all the staff and attention that they give her. I love knowing she is safe and taken care of. Exceptional staff and care.

Did not even step foot in the facility yet and will not. I tried multiple methods to contact this facility to tour, get information, and board my dog. This is my first time needing to book boarding for my dog. It has now been over 48 hours with no response after multiple phone calls, emails, and requests through their online contact forms. The only response I have received was my “confirmation of boarding” auto populated response with my dogs required vaccines (which were already sent). I would not feel safe or comfortable leaving my dog with a facility that cannot communicate with me. I completely understand short staffing or businesses being busy and unable to respond right away, but if they were able to see my reservation request to confirm it, they had enough time to try to contact

I can't say enough good things about The Pet Hadley Hotel! The staff is exceptional! Everyone is welcoming, happy and excited to see my girl, Miss Hadley, every day we arrive and Miss Hadley absolutely loves the attention! They engage with the pets throughout the day while overseeing them playing with their fur friends. The facility also holds several themed activities throughout the year, where they take and share photos on social media platforms for the families and friends to enjoy! I throughly enjoy receiving artwork Miss Hadley brings home. The facility also offers overnight services which allows me to travel without any worries! I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one, without hesitation!

I would never bring Rosie anywhere but The Pet Hotel in Hadley. She is so excited when we drop her off for “her” vacation, if it’s a long weekend or ten days. She is always excited to go. The staff are all so friendly and know her by name when she comes. We use the grooming also on the day we pick her up and always smells so good!! She loves playing with the other dogs and her Kong with peanut butter or Greek yogurt every day for a quiet snack. We love the staff they are so helpful, Dom and Natalie to name a couple and I always see the same faces!! I always feel comfortable leaving her here!! Thank you to everyone at The Pet Hotel!!!

We absolutely love Pet Hotel Hadley! We’ve been boarding our golden retrievers Moosie and Murray there for years and both dogs go bananas when we tell them that they are going on “vacation” - they can’t get out of the car and into the play area fast enough. The staff is wonderful and genuinely appear to care about all their guests, and any accommodation that needs to be made are seen to without question. In addition, the staff throws themed events (such as having the Grinch play with the animals at Christmas) and posts pictures so that the owners can see what fun their fur babies are having. I know that if Moosie and Murray could add their two cents they would give the Pet Hotel two paws up!
