Pet Hospital of Madison

I went to The Pet Hospital of Madison after making the agonizing and difficult decision to put my 15 yr old dog child to sleep. I did not come to this decision easily or take it lightly. My poor baby had several serious health problems and I loved him very much. I wasn’t just trying to get rid of some old dog! This was my fur baby! A member of my family! If you’re facing this situation with your own pet I strongly recommend you DON’T go to The Pet Hospital of Madison. Chances are they will turn you away! I was talked to harshly, rudely and ultimately denied the euthanasia services I was there seeking by a fill in doctor. Even though I explained my concerns and situation several times…She felt I should pay to have further testing done & put my pet 4 new medications…then follow up in a coupl

Would highly advise the Pet Hospital of Madison for their amazing care and staff. We recently had our 2 year old orange tabby (Smelvin) have his first urinary blockage. We first went to Huntsville Veterinary Specialists and Emergency when we noticed he could not urinate. Obviously with an emergency vet, they let us know the cost would be extremely expensive (we appreciated the honesty as we're young and newly married adults). They got him stable and advised we take him to our usual vet in Madison (Catisfaction) to see if they could help us. Catisfaction is amazing with our two boys, but was not able to provide all the service Smelvin needed at their clinic. That's when they directed us to the Pet Hospital of Madison. These guys are AMAZING and got him in immediately for his over the weeke

Wonderful place! After moving to Madison and dealing with a rude staff at Clawington, I took my dog to Pet Hospital of Madison, and man… they really make you feel like family. Greeted with a warm welcome, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Christa for her help with getting me and my dog admitted in just a matter of minutes over the phone. These people really have you and your pet’s best interest at heart. 10/10 highly recommend!

Everyone is extremely friendly!!!! The facility is clean, bright, and well kept. The vet and her assistant were very knowledgeable and helpful! I’m so happy I found this place and you will be too! We are going for grooming here next week!
