Never, ever trust them!!! True enough, my pup went in looking like a longhaired, free loving happy hippie. She was flea free with no tangles pic 1 & 4. Gave them picture 2 as guide to how she was to be cut. When picked up, she looked like a wet monkey's butt pic 5. Absolutely nothing, like picture!!! Male owner said he was the one that groomed her. Nail where not trimmed and as you can tell jagged clipper cuts everywhere.

We have been using Pet Haven for 2 years. Great people and great service! The owners are always there and take very good care of my pet. Dolly is happy to visit her friends and ready to rest after a day of play! :)

They do not have proper training and quickly turn into mean and nasty acting people.Their staff is rude and used very inappropriate language and slurs when I attempted to use their services. Don't trust their google reviews because if someone posts a bad review story they will just get it deleted.

They've taken great care of our boy. Would recommend to anyone needing to board their dog.

I have been taking my lab here for a couple of years now, and have used lots of other places around town over the years. This is by far and away the best place that I have found to feel good about leaving my dogs for an extended stay. Belle actually likes to go here and does not want to leave. As where she could not wait to get away from some other places. Great People and Great Service at Pet Haven! Thank you for taking such great care of my Belle!
