Dr. Watson was amazing with our sweet Brecken (she is a large puppy), who has special needs and anxiety. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly as well. We felt truly cared for and will not be going anywhere else. Highly recommend! 🐾

The entire staff at Brandon Veterinary Clinic has been so kind, helpful and efficient. They have been supportive, encouraging and so helpful with our puppy. We can’t thank them enough for the super care they have given us throughout the years. They also took wonderful care of our last pet. Bear had a great experience here. Everybody was very polite and helpful. They went above and beyond his care. They even found some things I hadn’t asked for. Bear has had difficulty at other locations and didn’t have any problems here. I’ll be back! Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience at Brandon Veterinary Clinic. While the doctor was very kind and seemed knowledgeable, the practices of the front desk staff were unethical, and communication was extremely poor. The staff at the front desk were dismissive and unprofessional. On multiple visits, I encountered rude behavior and a lack of knowledge regarding pricing and medication details. The staff member at the front desk didn’t seem to know what she was doing and kept quoting me incorrect prices, including for medication. After the second visit, I called to inquire about the pricing and whether there might be a credit card fee included (which I would have understood), but I was told that this wasn’t the case. I was quoted one price ($570) by one person, but another staff member quot
