Pet Food Express Corporate Office

For anyone who takes the time to read this story I urge you to PLEASE never shop at or to do business with ‘Pet Food Express’ again. Please also remember that they are connected to Amazon as well. I purchased a new dog food brand from the Albany, CA location that is almost exclusively available through ‘Pet Food Express’ at the recommendation of my veterinarian. The first one and half weeks of feeding the new food to my dogs went well. However, the new batch of food that I purchased over the weekend at the Albany ‘Pet Food Express’ location left two of my dogs extremely ill to the point where they had to be rushed to the ER for treatment of symptoms which included bloody diarrhea, vomiting, lethargy, loss of appetite and labored breathing. I shop at the Fremont CA Pet Food Express and I give them a 10 star rating, I've been shopping there for probably 20 years and no complaints! My complaint is against your corporate policy. Recently, I have had to start home delivery online shopping. I shop for 4 large sized dogs. When I received my order, I was extremely disappointed that your policy doesnt include the buy 3 get one free for online shoppers! Why is that? I have a hard time understanding why you would exclude seniors, people with disabilies, or many others that are not able to visit your stores for various health issues. I would appreciate it, if you would consider changing this policy. Thank you.

I will be bringing law suit against this company, due to their staff discriminatory and abusive actions!

My neighbor bought a bag of dog food. In 2 days her dog passed. I returned the food for her. She couldn't go in, of course. I was told no refunds! You may have a gift card. That even took forever. Shame on them. We will never go back and use it.

Do not order delivery from this company. There's an ongoing issue with delivery and I spoke to the corporate office and no one seems to care. My dog was completely out of food when I was told by corporate and by the third party delivery company that they would not be able to deliver the food after I was given a delivery window.
