Bandana Rx (previously Pet VM)

I can’t recommend Bandana RX enough. Their prices are extremely reasonable, making it much easier to keep up with my pet’s needs without overspending. What really sets them apart is the customer service — responsive, kind, and truly above and beyond. It’s rare to find an online pharmacy that is both affordable and dependable. I’ll absolutely continue using them!

Our sweet little girl developed "Dry Eye" and requires an ointment 2x/day. Our Vet's cost is $75/month. Bandana Rx's cost is $50/month. What a fantastic savings! The customer service and communication with Bandana Rx is outstanding. Several days prior to charing my Visa and shipping the ointment, I receive an email reminder which is very helpful. I'll definitely depend on Bandana Rx for future pet medications.

Some of their reviews have been negative. But, I have found this company to be quite good. It was easy to submit my dog's prescriptions. They let me know when the prescriptions were received and promptly reviewed them and let me know that they were being shipped. It took, in total, about 10-14 days from submitting the prescriptions and receiving them. I appreciate that they kept me aware of the process throughout the whole time. PLUS: the meds were significantly less than found on other sites. Thank you, Linda

I'm not often the type to make a review for an online ordering service but bandana is genuinely incredible. Their prices and rewards program make them far more competitive than any of our local vets that distribute our dog's prescription as well as being better than chewy. Highly recommend, and very grateful to have found them. Customer service has also been quick to respond and help when I needed to change orders or make inquiries.

Always fast service, even with 'free ground shipping'. Best price we found for our cat's RX, even with coupons/discounts at pet supply/pet stores. When he passed suddenly, they allowed us to return an unopened order that we received, and gave us a full refund. We appreciated that, and their kind words of sympathy and condolence.
