Great staff, always helpful, and my GSD loves going there but only if I don't make a left straight to the washing tubs, that's when she puts her brakes on and would rather go to the other part of the store than get a bath. But other than that, she loves going in and saying Hi to everyone.

I come here a lot to buy dog food and bones. I like the vibe, it’s bright and cheery and the store is always clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful too. Plus, I love that it’s right around the corner from my house.

We really like the convenience of the bathing tubs but they are dirty they have black mildew all around the edges not all of the tubs have 2 tethers that is very important with a large dog I just think they can clean the tubs better and put back the tethers We are not.going to stop going but that is our input . Thank you for listening

We brought our 2 puppies to Pet Food Express today. It was their first time visiting a pet store. The women who work there were great with them! They were very patient, giving them treats and love. We bought some toys and treats. I think the pups will look forward to their next visit! My thanks to the staff for doing everything right!
