Pet Food Express

I brought my dog to their self dog wash service all the times. The dog shower area was pristine and clean. However, I was astonished to find out just the opposite the last time I was there. The shower area was dirty and moldy. Mind you this is not just one particular shower tub. The shampoo selection was also not working. What happen, PFExp? These pictures were taken before I gave my dog a wash.

Big shout out to Pet Food's Customer Service!. My teenage daughter lost her wallet at Pet Food in Albany right before Christmas. We didn't realize she had lost it until after the holidays. It took a little while, but we got it back intact! Andrea even drove it to our house to make sure we could get it back as soon as possible. Thank you for keeping an eye out for your clients!!

self service pet wash is the best one i’ve been to! clean & has timers that allow you to see the amount of time you have left. plus you can use extra soap that they provide

While entering this gorgeous pet store in Albany, CA., we were asked, by a beautiful girl, Asatta, could she be of help, absolutely, yes! We needed a name tag for our Beagle, Bailey Boo & every other place between pre buying, limited styles &having to operate the machine ourselves, it seemed we’d arrived at the right place with the most fun jovial employee. She accomplished the task in no time and directed our attention to a display of 75% off toys, yey for Bailey! While we were there we saw dogs & customers enter, & it was one such pups Birthday… a celebration, treat ensued. We had so much fun & this is exactly where I like to spend my money, terrific atmosphere, Asatta & others clearly loved their jobs & why would we shop anywhere else? Well Done!

For anyone who takes the time to read this story I urge you to PLEASE never shop at the Albany ‘Pet Food Express’ location or to do business with ‘Pet Food Express’ again. Please also remember that they are connected to Amazon as well. I purchased a new dog food brand from this location that is almost exclusively available through ‘Pet Food Express’ at the recommendation of my veterinarian. The first one and half weeks of feeding the new food to my dogs went well. However, the new batch of food that I purchased over the weekend at the Albany ‘Pet Food Express’ location left two of my dogs extremely ill to the point where they had to be rushed to the ER for treatment of symptoms which included bloody diarrhea, vomiting, lethargy, loss of appetite and labored breathing.
