The staff and groomer heather are so friendly, kind and caring. My Mila may (Ragdoll) came out looking absolutely gorgeous! This was her first experience (and ours) and they put us both at ease, bathed and groomed her perfectly. I highly recommend to any cat parents!

Jessica did a fantastic job on grooming my medium golden doodle, Finn. He has skin sensitivities. She listened to all my requests and concerns to prevent razor burn and hot spots. Will be continuing to see her for Finn’s grooming needs.

Im giving the full 5 star review based on the establishments employees. The self service pet wash was fine. I wouldn't give 5 rating that alone. However thinking back on the overall experience (my first time there) I appreciate how kind, helpful and accommodating the employees were. Nothing to complain about the self service wash at all. Actually I might switch my whole crew over. We normally go to Pet Supplies. I really like the groomer there, so idk. Also I have 2 pugs and I have had static with petrol and the other place about bringing pugs there. They make it impossible with their policies on that type of breed.

This would be my cats(2/3) first groom so I was slightly worried how it would turn out. When my cats came back they looked amazing. And the little bow they put on them is so precious. I was like "who are these beautiful babies". The staff was super nice and my cats seemed to like them too so that was a huge plus. Also, please 🙏 have like a little go-pro/body cam footage of the groom available. I would pay money to watch. Im kidding...unless 👀

I have a Belgian Malinois that has anxiety. Kim was so gentle, patient and kind. She let me go back with her which allowed her to get all of her nails trimmed! 🙌🏻 I will go back in 3 weeks so we can build a relationship so my Zoe will learn is ok to get her nails trimmed!! Thank you Kim!!
