I left my two dogs (Yorkie and Golden Retriever) at NC’s for 5 days. The two women working at the time, were not particularly friendly, a fact that I attributed to the fact that it was later in the day, and they had likely had quite a few interactions that day. I checked my dogs in with the plan to share a kennel, as they spend their days together and would be most comfortable together, a service that was offered. On day 4 of my trip, I called NCs to check in on my dogs and to inform them I would be back to pick them up dogs up the next day. The woman who answered the phone apparently “doesn’t deal with the big dogs” and had to find someone who did. We have been bringing our 2 dogs for a couple years now, and have had nothing but good experiences. Its affordable, simple dog care. Dogs always come home happy!

Dont waste your time here! They have no responsibility for what they do. They asked for my dogs vaccine record when I came in (after I gave it to them a month ago and they confirmed they had it), unleashed dogs walking in and they could give a two shits if they are leashed, then I witnessed a dog trying to bite a staff member. Needless to say, I didnt have my dog stay there and went to another kennel.

Their prices are super reasonable, but there's always a tradeoff. The dogs bark non-stop and it's so loud. And there is a strong urine smell. Fortunately our dogs seem to do well in the environment and get a bath when they come home.
