Got the $30 mini makeover by Britten, she was very kind and patient with my dog. Talked to my dog the entire time. High recommended groomer and will recommend her to my friends and family! She even got a little goodie bag, and a mini cup full of treats on her way out!

Really nice store that carries good variety of products, everyone is always nice and helpful, kitty staff was very nice showing me around

I have been taking my dogs to Pet Etc Grooming for many years!! We love Rachel!! She always remembers my dog and gets him clean and out the door quickly. She knows this dog mama has anxiety leaving her boy :) Highly recommend everyone there but we are partial to Rachel and our pup loves her too! Everyone in the store is very friendly and helpful with any questions I have.

Took my Dog to be bathed. a hour later, I was told they could not do it because after his nail trimming, he had blood in a wound on his paw. He was perfectly fine when I took him. I do understand accidents happen, but this new Groomers did not take responsibility. They start making up things saying that the dog could’ve Step on a nail at home. Really? They wanted to make up by giving me a free nail trimming service I paid for it. I’m not looking for a free service just the people would Take responsibility and hopefully this will not happen to anybody else.. Just being a little bit more careful Thanks for the response, I never said that you guys hurt my dog, but they should’ve said that you did not know what happened.. And don’t say that my dog could’ve stepped on a nail at home. I unders

I work long hours starting before & finishing after normal business hours, but needed a trap to recover my indoor only cat missing for 2 months. I called Pet Etc & explained my situation & they were willing to stay 30minutes after hours just so I could rent a trap. Made this 1st time costumer extremely grateful! Thank you Pet Etc for going beyond your normal limits.
