Would not recommend this place to anyone or bring any of my animals back here again. Our sweet girl Daisy was bit in the face by a rattlesnake at 5:45 PM. We had her to this vet by 6:15. We let them know that she had been bit by a snake and that we believed it was a rattlesnake. We have had many rattlesnakes in our yard over the years we live on a preserve, not mention the fang puncture wounds were almost 2” apart… what nonpoisonous snake in Fl has fangs?! They denied that it was a poisonous snake and held her until almost 9 at night, giving us advice that they were probably going to have to take her eye and that if we wanted to save her eye that we could take her down south, but that as far as it being poisonous for the bite itself, wasn’t an issue . We immediately took her down south to

Yesterday evening my mother and I took our loving poodle Milo to the clinic. They were so professional and kind from the moment we arrived Milo was brought in while we filled the paperwork. We are so grateful for all the love and kindness Milo and our family received. We knew we arrived at the perfect care facility for our baby. We couldnt be happier that he is well, much better and recuperating at home thanks to you. Grateful to each and every member of last night's staff for the attention, explaining everything and making sure we knew what Milo was experiencing and treatment. We felt calm, safe and grateful. Thank you for saving Milo and making him better. We appreciate all of you !!! May God bless each and everyone of you and this location. If you need medical care for your fur baby don

Dr. Mattee and staff were absolutely amazing on one of the hardest days of my life, when I had to let my beautiful pup, Tucker, go. It was a heartbreaking decision, but they were all so kind, communicative, respectful, and they helped me in knowing that I was absolutely doing the best thing for him. They were all gentle and empathetic, and they took the best possible care of him until he passed, keeping him comfortable and pain-free. My heartfelt gratitude for them, and the very hard work that they do! 💕🐾

I brought my cat to this emergency room after she developed a severe nosebleed and began walking in circles following anesthesia earlier that day. She has nasal cancer that had been treated with radiation twice and is currently being followed up with by an oncologist. I was understandably terrified by what I was seeing. Despite her cancer, she has been doing well and has not ever had that much blood coming from her nose. She also never circled before. I asked multiple times if they had a nebulizer (she was bleeding and had some congestion). I specifically asked a technician and two veterinarians because nebulizer treatments have consistently helped her breathing in the past. Not long after I brought her, I was told she had been given two medications that sedated her too much and that one

we are visiting Port St. Lucie for the Thanksgiving break and had to rush our sweet baby golden doodle to this hospital late at night because he was a bit by fire ants. The doctor and the technicians there were really kind and understanding and did everything that they could to treat him and send us home with assurance and medication. Highly recommend this place cause they understand pet parents fear and anxiety, and thanking them for working even on a holiday. So glad we had them to take care of our Simba And they were very reasonably priced as well so thankful for them
