Experience started out great five years ago. Dr.Josh is an incredible veterinarian. That being said, the clinic itself will never answer the phone and don't expect a call back either. I am honestly confused as to how they still operate. General public, find another vet. Dr.Josh your better than this.

Pet Degree was our vet for approximately 5 years and, while Dr Josh is great, the rest of the place is trash. I left a message on Saturday, March 1st asking if they had any openings that day for emergent Euthanasia for my 15 yr old dog. Not only did they not return a call (and yes, they were open til 3pm), but it is now Wednesday, 3/5/25, and I have STILL yet to receive a call back. Instead, my dog crashed overnight and had to be taken to OP vet Sunday morning, 3/2/25, unable to walk or move his head. My dog suffered because they couldn’t be bothered to return a phone call. Not only that, I had to pay $700 for using the emergency vet. And this is not the first time I have complained of this issue. The last time we were there in late summer, my dog was given 2 injections. When I came home,

When Dani was on staff, Pet Degree provided compassionate end-of-life care for our dog Max and life-saving emergency care for Bugsy years earlier. Because of that history, I trusted this practice deeply. That trust is why what followed with Bugsy has been so devastating. Extremely Disappointed and Heartbroken Experience. I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. My poor dog was suffering terribly from allergies — his paws were raw, bleeding, and he was in obvious pain. I called this clinic multiple times over two months, left several messages, and every time I spoke to the front desk, I was told the same thing: “The office manager will call you back.” Unfortunately, that call never came. Out of desperation, I tried home remedies while waiting for help that never arrived. Finally, I went to a different veterinary clinic, where my dog was seen and treated the same day.
