Pet Cuts

Would not recommend. We were the first appointment of the day, and the shop was very dirty. My two Yorkie pups first haircuts are horribly uneven and they look raggedy. When I mentioned it, they said they could cut more off to try to make them look better. I declined. Then they said it was because they have puppy hair. This uneven cut has nothing to do with puppy hair.

I don't know how many years I've been going I forgot what friend was going there but what great people down to earth and they don't mess around all of our business and very polite every time I've ever been there

No set price, every-time time I come they try and charge me five dollars more than the last time stating that’s what the price originally was but when looking on my bank statement I see that it wasn’t. Should have prices for services listed on the website. I take my cat there to get groomed and his nails clipped and they tell me they can’t do it because he won’t cooperate even though it was never an issue before and still charge me full price. I don’t even think they tried to clip his nails. I think they just wanted to get out of there l because my cat was the last appointment and still get there money. They definitely try and take advantage of people. I do not recommend.

Tried this new groomer since our regular groomer closed down :( they really messed up my golden doodles face and unevenly trimmed his ears. Took them 2 hours and he wasn’t even matted. The first thing the lady said to me upon picking up my pup was, “I didn’t do his face, if you don’t like his face it’s not my fault.” What a way to greet someone. When I asked if he was good for them, the lady mumbled something under her breath…they overall weren’t very friendly. I don’t know where these good reviews came from…super inaccurate. Thank goodness I only paid $48. Will not be back or recommend this place.

I have been coming here since we got our little guy, 7yrs, they have never done us wrong, when prices go up, theirs are still the most reasonable, other places want to charge you $60 for the same thing she charges $45, depending on the size on the dog I assume, either way, pet cuts is the place to take your dog, she loves them just as much as you do.
