Pet Club Santa Rosa

I have been shopping here for many years getting dog and cat food and supplies but no more . The one guy that works there is rude and doesn't care about your customers for the past 3 weeks we have been trying to use the dog wash area in the store every time we call there is some excuse because only one person is working. He said that on Friday that and a person was washing 2 dogs so he had the time so we drove down to the store to check was there in 5 minutes no one was washing dogs a true lie once again! So we asked him about the bull crap on the phone he said he didn't give a dam about getting the dog wash area clean so someone could use it. So Ricky do you own the store you sure act like you do ? You lost a loyal customer! I will never be back . I can just buy it on Amazon.

Hidden gem. Great selection at great prices. Friendly store clerks who walk around and are super friendly and helpful. Great human connection here! Very nice and caring and kind people who work here towards people and animals. Looking forward to trying their $8 self-service bath tub on the weekends for my dog Rosie.

I brought my dog, Marty, to the VIP vaccination pet clinic at the Pet Club today. Located just five minutes from my home, it is a convenient and proffesional service for pet owners to keep their pets updated on their vaccines. Just accross the street from Costco, the Pet Club is easy to find. While at the clinic, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large selection of pet supplies offered by the store. The VIP personnel treated my dog in a very kind and gentle manner.

This is a long review, but I’m hoping to spread some awareness. This store has low prices, and some of the staff are nice, but unfortunately they have low standards for animal care as well. Over the years, I’ve noticed that most of the animals they have are not for sale, which wouldn’t be a problem if they actually cared for them well. I’ve seen several reptiles in tiny enclosures, and they used to keep their rats in tiny box-type cages with bars on the front and solid sides which have now been replaced with one adequate cage and a few small ones. They don’t provide much enrichment, and are condescending when you give constructive criticism. They’re also denying these animals the possibility of finding a better home by keeping them all. Pet club in Santa Rosa is hands down my favorite pet supply store. The staff are friendly and the sir is clean I've been taking my pup in since she was 9 weeks old and they treat her like she is one of their pets. My pup gets excited when we pull in the parking lot because she knows where we're going and that someone is going to give her loves and TREATS!!
