Pet City Pet Shops - Chapel Hills Mall, Colorado

I've gotten dogs at a pet store before and they were great dogs. All dogs have little medical quirks and I fully acknowledge that. However I got a beautiful Rottweiler puppy at this store in October he was truly the best puppy I've had so far. Unfortunately, when I got him he had a runny nose and I took him to the vet appointment provided by the store. The vet ignored all my concerns and gave him some antibiotics saying it was just a cold and he'd be fine. I went through a month and a half of this. Back and forth to the vet. My puppy getting worse and the vet just kept throwing antibiotics at him and ignoring that he was losing weight and his condition was worsening. We have been talking about getting a family dog for 6 months now. Out of curiosity we decided to check out a few pups we had no intention of getting one. However we fell in love with this sweet little Samoyed now she is named Lumi. There was no pressure to purchase and everyone was friendly while helping us out. We took our time through the process they had. While they also answered all of our questions. We ultimately took little Lumi home couldn't be happier!

We were visiting Colorado Springs from Alaska and about one month ago, came into the store and fell in love with a little Pekingese puppy. We ended up bringing her back home with us to Alaska and she has been the most wonderful dog we’ve ever owned! She is so calm and well socialized. She potty trained so quickly and even her puppy school teacher said she needed a dog just like her! We have never had a dog that was so sweet and well adjusted that everyone who meets her wants one just like her. Would definitely recommend Pet City!

William is fantastic! Showed us a beautiful cockapoo and our now amazing german shepherd! He spoke so clearly on the adoption process, guided us through his wonderful suggestions from training treats to collars. Was extremely helpful and passionate about his work and knowledge. 100/10 rating for him!

12 years ago we got our dog Sunny here, and we just got our new dog Poppy from Pet City too. Sunny is doing fantastic and has been a jewel and Poppy seems to be settling into our lives perfectly. You all have a great store with beautiful fur baby options, thank you!
