This is a review of grooming services and does not reflection of my overall opinion of the business. I have been satisfied with my experience when buying items at the store. I spoke with two women. My dog was free of matts; I explained that I did not want her shaved completely. We agreed the dog's hair will be cut to 1/2 inch. The younger woman was to be the groomer. I was contacted in approximately 1 hour and my dog was ready for pickup. She was shaved completely except for the face and tail when I picked her up. I do not feel there is any point complaining at this time because nothing could be done. I discovered, once the dog was home, she was not shaved evenly and little or no shaping had been done to her face or tail. She had razor burns under her leg and tail. I spoke with t

I love , love , love, Pet Central and so does Oliver! I am very particular with how I want little Oliver groomed and they got it right. Not too long… not too short. He looks sooooo cute. Thanks to the best groomer in town! They have a great selection of dog food and other supplies. Just an all around great store.

Took my 4 month old puppy to the groomer here and they did such an amazing job! My puppy was so happy and not at all scared afterwards. They also have a great selection of toys, treats, and more! Highly recommend for all your pet needs.

Service wasn’t welcoming, they had one bag of our dog’s food and rep wasn’t willing to look or help with locating any others. Waited on the phone customer over us in person. Wasn’t real impressed unfortunately. Would look elsewhere next time or ship.

They groomed my dog and now he is even more handsome 😍 They are very friendly and accommodating. The new location is great!
